SUSTAINABLE RETROFIT AND NEW BUILD - HACKNEY, LONDON

We are in the early stages of an exciting residential development in Central London. We are working alongside The McFarlane Partnership to develop and deliver this three dwelling scheme on a prominent corner plot in the Hackney London Borough.

The design includes for the extension and sustainable retrofit of an existing town house alongside the construction of a new-build apartment containing two new dwellings. The focus is on delivering a scheme with high architectural merit and with a strong fabric first approach to its sustainable design and construction to ensure a high standard of performance.
