INTERIOR REMODELLING - PETT LEVEL, EAST SUSSEX

Studio four point ten were commissioned as architects and interior designers to undertake a feasibility study to explore different interior design and room layout options for this existing high end property in Pett Level, East Sussex. The property benefits from outstanding views of the countryside and sea front. The project involved the design of numerous pieces of bespoke oak joinery, that are used to introduce natural materials and make the existing stark white spaces more comfortable and homely.

This project showcases our detailed approach to building interiors and our passion for working with materials to achieve more extraordinary interior spaces that elevate our enjoyment of buildings. This project also demonstrated the value in working with the right building contractor who ultimately shared in our ambitions around craftsmanship and the highest quality of finishing work.

The project was completed summer 2022 and perfectly compliments our building collection of coastal properties which includes the now completed renovation and extension works in Greatstone, Kent.
